Troy BennTROY BENN
Civil Engineering Project Manager, Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation

Dr. Benn is a water resources engineer at the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. He manages rehabilitation projects on state-owned dams. Previously he worked in private consulting on stream restoration projects, and with the MT DNRC evaluating impacts from proposed changes to water rights. Dr. Benn did his graduate work at Arizona State University, receiving a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and a secondary degree in Science Policy for his research in the environmental transport of engineered nanomaterials.

 

John RengerJOHN RENGER
Chief Scientific Officer, Cerevel Therapeutics

Dr. Renger serves as CSO at Cerevel Therapeutics, a Cambridge, MA clinical stage biotherapeutics company focused on treatments for nervous system diseases. Previously he held leadership positions in research and development and regulatory affairs at Imbrium Therapeutics and Merck & Co. Dr. Renger was a postdoctoral fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Learning and Memory, and at the RIKEN Brain Science Institute in Japan where he studied mouse electrophysiology. He earned his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with a focus on Neurogenetics at the University of Iowa where he also completed his B.S. in Biology.
